A structured, comprehensive rehabilitation and return-to-sport program designed specifically for athletes recovering from ACL injuries.
Athletes of all levels recovering from ACL injury, either from surgical repair, or if treating conservatively (without surgery)
Ideally you would be assessed in the clinic before surgery, but athletes are able to join the program at any point in their rehabilitation process
Of course! You will first be assessed by one of our physiotherapists, and we can help position you in the right phase to ensure the safest and most effective recovery for you!
Yes! Many athletes can successfully rehabilitate an ACL injury without the need for surgical intervention. Contact us to book a new assessment so we can help guide you on your road to recovery!

Program Care and Services

Weekly 1-on-1 physiotherapy, 2-3 weekly group training sessions, advanced testing, and sport-specific on-field sessions (depending on your phase of recovery).
No referral is required. However, we are happy to coordinate care with your surgeon or sports medicine doctor.
We use state-of-the-art equipment to assess strength, movement quality, symmetry, and readiness for sport using validated protocols.

Our main clinic is at Physiomoves Physiotherapy Clinic in Surrey, BC. On-field sessions are held at local sports fields or turf venues nearby.
All physiotherapy appointments are offered Monday - Thursday from 1-7pm. Drop In Group Gym Sessions Run Monday - Thursday from 730-930pm. On-field sessions run weekly, with exact dates, times and locations to be determined.
We use state-of-the-art equipment to assess strength, movement quality, symmetry, and readiness for sport using validated protocols.
While the majority of our programs are offered locally, we currently offer remote virtual consultations, as well as virtual access to your own personalized rehab program. Please contact us for more details.

The weekly cost of this program is $205. This includes 1×45 min one-on-one physiotherapy appointment, 2-3xweekly drop in rehab / strength and conditioning sessions, 1x weekly on field sessions (when appropriate for your rehab) and many more bonuses!
